These Terms of Use govern access to and use of The Reconnection Roadmap website, checkout, digital products, emails, downloads, and related educational materials. By purchasing from or using this site, the buyer agrees to these terms, plus the Disclaimer, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.
Educational use only
The Reconnection Roadmap provides general educational content about family estrangement and communication. It is not medical or psychological advice, therapy, legal advice, crisis counseling, or a substitute for qualified professional care.
No guaranteed outcome
Reconnection depends on many factors outside any product’s control, including another adult’s choices, timing, safety, and history. The Reconnection Roadmap does not promise reconciliation, a reply, forgiveness, or any specific emotional, family, financial, health, or legal result.
Purchases and payment processing
Purchases are processed by Stripe. Stripe securely handles payment details, and The Reconnection Roadmap does not receive or store full card numbers. Prices, taxes, and available offers are shown at checkout before payment is submitted.
Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policyshown on this site. Because the products are delivered digitally, customers should review the product description, disclaimer, and refund terms before purchasing.
Digital product license
A completed purchase grants one personal, non-transferable license to access and use the purchased materials for private, individual use. The buyer may not copy, redistribute, resell, publicly post, share login or download access, create derivative commercial products from, or otherwise exploit the materials without written permission.
Acceptable use
Site visitors and customers agree not to misuse the site, interfere with checkout or delivery systems, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, scrape protected content, or use the materials for unlawful, harassing, abusive, or misleading purposes.
Reconnection Coach access and fair use
A Reconnection Coach purchase grants lifetime personal access to the product, subject to a generous fair-use allowance of 100 messages per day. The allowance exists to prevent automated scraping, credential sharing, and abusive usage while leaving ample room for ordinary personal use. A secure delivery link may be used to renew browser access. Full refunds revoke access to the refunded Coach entitlement.
Availability and changes
The site and products may be updated, corrected, paused, or discontinued as needed. Reasonable efforts are made to keep purchased digital access available, but temporary interruptions can happen because of hosting, email, payment, or platform providers.
Third-party services
The site may use third-party services for checkout, hosting, analytics, advertising measurement, email delivery, and file delivery. Those services may process information according to their own terms and privacy notices.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Reconnection Roadmap is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or materials. The total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product that gave rise to the claim.
