The Reconnection Roadmap respects privacy and handles personal information with care. This Privacy Policy explains what is collected, why it is used, how it may be shared, and what choices are available.
Information collected
The site may collect an email address, quiz responses, checkout and order details, support messages, unsubscribe requests, device and browser information, pages viewed, referral source, advertising click information, and similar technical data. Payment card details are processed securely by Stripe; The Reconnection Roadmap does not receive or store full card numbers.
How information is used
Information is used to deliver purchased products, operate checkout, send receipts and access links, provide customer support, send relevant educational and marketing emails, honor unsubscribe requests, improve the funnel and products, prevent abuse, measure ad performance, and comply with legal, tax, accounting, and platform obligations.
Reconnection Coach and AI processing
When the Reconnection Coach is used, conversation messages and draft text are sent through the site’s hosting infrastructure to Anthropic, the AI service provider that processes the text to generate a response. The Coach is an educational AI tool, not a confidential therapy, medical, or legal service.
Do not enter passwords, payment-card or bank-account details, government identification numbers, medical records, or other sensitive information that is not needed for a message review. Information submitted to the Coach may be handled by the service providers under their applicable terms and privacy notices.
Emails may include product delivery, support, purchase-related messages, educational sequences, and promotional messages. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribe requests are honored as required by law.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising measurement
The site may use cookies, pixels, server-side events, and similar technologies. Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API may be used to measure and improve advertising. Some data shared for measurement may be hashed or limited, but it can still be treated as personal information under some privacy laws.
Service providers
Personal information may be processed by trusted service providers that help operate the business, including Stripe for payments, Supabase for database services, Vercel for hosting, Resend for email delivery, Anthropic for Reconnection Coach responses, Meta for advertising measurement, and other tools used for support, security, analytics, or legal compliance. These providers process information as needed to provide their services or comply with their own legal obligations.
Selling or sharing personal information
The Reconnection Roadmap does not sell personal information for money. Some advertising measurement activity may be considered targeted advertising or sharing under certain U.S. privacy laws. Requests to opt out can be sent using the contact address below.
Data retention and security
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including product delivery, customer support, business records, compliance, dispute prevention, and security. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no internet or email system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Privacy rights
Depending on location, individuals may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information, and to object to or restrict certain uses. A request can be sent to the contact address below. The request may need to be verified before action is taken.
Children’s privacy
The site and products are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. Personal information from children is not knowingly collected.
International visitors
The business is designed for a U.S. audience. If the site is accessed from outside the United States, information may be processed in the United States or other countries where service providers operate.
